DETAILS:
- In-stock items ship within 1-2 days of order placement. Re-stocking typically takes 5-10 days so check back with us often. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to allow the 1-day shipment to arrive at your location during the week.
- No substitutions are allowed, and we cannot add to or modify your order once it has been placed.
- Just & Thyme cannot ship food products to a PO or APO Box.
- Shipping costs are separate from the displayed cost.
- PRODUCTS ARE PERISHABLE AND MUST BE REFRIGERATED UPON ARRIVAL.
- You will receive a pre-shipment email from notifications@ecwid.com - please add this to your contacts so it doesn't go to your spam folder. Your tracking number will be emailed the day your order ships.
- Just & Thyme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (file a claim with USPS), or orders placed with an incorrect address.
THE DEEPER DETAILS:
- Once your order has reached the processing phase, we cannot cancel or refund your order. Our items are hand-crafted and time/temperature of the products are critical.
- Shipping cannot be expedited. We already use USPS 1-day shipping!
- If you would like to know the whereabouts of your package once it ships, please contact USPS with your tracking number. If your package arrives late and is perished, you must file a claim on your own behalf through USPS.
- A signature may be required for delivery, so please keep an eye on your tracking information and make sure that someone is home to accept the delivery.
- Is this a gift? PLEASE TELL THE RECIPIENT TO EXPECT IT as our products are perishable! If your recipient refuses the delivery, is not available to accept the delivery or does not answer the door it will be returned to us by USPS and no longer consumable. You will need to place and pay for a new order.
